The Sound of Music
What you pay:
- $40 to $50 per actor, depending on complexity of costume, then $20 per costume change. Example: The charge for Actor 1 with a total of 2 costumes would be $60 to $70. A total of 5 costumes for Actor 1 would be $120 to $130. (Note that unusual sizes may incur additional fees.)
- However, we recognize that some schools have more limited budgets and, accordingly, we pledge to work within that budget. Just contact us.
- Our discounts (see below) help lower your costs even more.
What you get:
- “Costume” means the works, including accessories such as gloves, hat, purse, suspenders, belt, tie, jewelry. We never charge for add-on pieces such as coats. If we have your size, we will even supply shoes.
- Our rental period begins with our personal delivery one day before your first technical rehearsal and ends with our pickup one day after your show closes, for a period of up to 14 days. We usually can accommodate longer rental periods at no additional charge, depending on other schools’ needs.
- All delivery and cleaning charges are included.
- Besides beautiful, age-appropriate costumes, you get personal service from the hardest-working costumers in Georgia.
The Green Theater Discount
Join us in the Green Theater Initiative as we work to lessen our impact on the environment
by reducing, reusing and recycling.
Here's How:
- Go to your school costume closet and cull items (for example, a surfeit of period dresses or suits
or items specific to a certain show, such as Music Man band uniforms or an Alice in Wonderland dress). - Trade these costumes for credits toward your next show.
Stop using valuable resources to make and store costumes that will see limited use.
Let's pool our resources as educational institutions to improve the art of theater for all.
Repeat Customer Discount
Returning schools receive a 5 percent discount on their total order for one show of their choice
during the next school year. Please ask for specific details.
